以簡單的元素來呼應「活摘器官」的主題。 1、大衛，象徵被誘騙卻渾然不知，石化般的受害者。 2、以大紅底與實心、空心交替的「五星」來象徵不制止活摘器官的惡習，終究會從有內容的實心跌落。 3、以替代性的漸層效果，代替寫實的血腥，將活摘的意象降低。 4、主題命名為BE-LIE-VE，諧音取自believe(相信)，但裡頭參雜lie(欺騙)。
