表達活摘器官是將一人的生命換取另個生命，運用拼圖的方式表達，原本空的位子，卻因另個人的器官拼上後而完整，所以命名為拼命，拼命的另個背後意義是被害者為了抵抗這不公的手術而為此拼命不願屈服，旁邊圍繞的標語為中國國歌的前兩句，稍作修改後，暗諷活摘器官的行為是不人道的。
