每個時代握都有掌管權力之人，如果掌權之人心不正，人民則深受其害。在上位者手握皇帝象徵的玉璽，有著實質影響力的掌權者，卻對金錢交易，器官買賣，視而不見，默許對特定人民的迫害，而生活在這片土地的人民大部分也不知道殘酷面，被蒙蔽雙眼的是人民，而蒙蔽自己的雙眼，是去除仁心的政府與醫者，仁代表感覺、道德，目中無仁，正是這片土地上沒有道德良知的人。
