Selling members illegally is considered a huge source of income in China. An unequal exchange in which the value of human lives and organs is less than money. An inhumane act committed in secret. So the kitchen tool, the peeler, has been used as a symbolic tool to show the illegality of this operation, instead of specialized surgical tools. By taking a part of the heart and turning it into money, it shows that in order to achieve the huge money that they earn in this way, they kill innocent people.
