it is a manufacturing chain process where the 3 red bodies on the left are diseased with some organ deficiency. the green body is actually a healthy person whose some parts are forcedly removed to fill the two orange bodies on the right size. jigsaw puzzle is deliberately employed to show that human organs are treated as perfect substitutes for other people. Sadly, Human body is treated as toy parts in the manufacturing process.
