I was inspired by Francisco Goya's painting "Saturn Devouring His Son": the monster not only devours its child, but torments child's flesh. The panda is a well-known symbol of China, but the panda is a bear and it is dangerous. I find organ harvest frightening so the poster should evoke strong emotions.
