There are about 169 hospitals not authorized to perform organ transplants, yet they operate freely within the country. The poster shows how President Xi Jinping rejoices and boasts of leading a powerful nation with thousands of organ "donors" a year, when in reality, out of the public light he hides and protects the darkest secrets, one of them being the horrible act of human organ trafficking from prisoners of conscience.
