理念 / The surgeon hands are harvesting fresh organs from an alive human being and the cut parts are wrapped by money to symbolize how lives are traded for money with an excuse of saving another life. From the donor receiver's perspective, a surgeon holding scalpel and surgical scissors is their hope and savior. However, they did not know how many lives are also taken away by those tools and hands.
